  • How much does the advice service cost?
    Our mortgage advice service fees are calculated based on the complexity of your requirements, usually ranging between £250 - £500.
  • Which lenders do you have access to?
    We have access to over 150 lenders.
  • How will I know when my mortgage has been approved?
    Lenders work to different timescales but we'll be able to give you an indication of turnaround times once you've decided to proceed with a particular product. We'll monitor your application and provide you with regular progress updates.
  • I've been rejected for a mortgage before. Can I apply again?
    Absolutely. All lenders are different and it’s more than likely we’ll know the right lender to submit your application to.
  • How do I make a complaint?
    It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times.   • How long does the process take?
    It can take anything from 6 weeks to 3 months depending.
  • Is the lending criteria the same across the board?
    No! - All lenders have different criterias, so it's important to speak to a specialist like us to help you.
  • Can you help me find a solicitor and accountant?
    Happy to help! We have established relationships with both that we can recommend.
  • Will all properties need to be valued?
    Yes! - However, some lenders will do a desk top valuation or an automated generated one.
  • Can I move into my Buy To Let?
    No!
  • I don't own my own home. Would that prevent me from buying a Buy To Let property?
    The quick answer is, no. Some lenders will help you but it is dependent on many factors.
